The Polar Bears earned a hard fought win 5-4 in a road matchup against the Schenectady Chargers on Saturday morning. The Bears fell behind early but thanks to a stout defensive effort and timely goals, they were able to leave victorious. Robert Dziedzic (#32) gutted out 20 saves and Nate Stusvick (#96) tallied his fourth hat trick of the season, including the game tying and go ahead goal in the third period. Braden Myers (#1) and Carter Hansen (#36) bookended the scoring with key goals to help the team get their overall record to 8-5. The Polar Bear gave the Rye Rangers on Sunday before heading South to PA for a critical 5 game EJ Showcase next weekend.
