Sandy MacDonald In-House Recreational Hockey


The Sandy MacDonald In–House Recreational Hockey League is a low cost, low commitment hockey alternative for boys and girls. The In-House Rec League focuses on teaching basic hockey skills and sportsmanship in a no check, low pressure environment that fosters a love of hockey. We also focus on sportsmanship in a no check, low pressure environment that fosters a love of hockey. The season will consist of 18 weekend games and one practice during the week. A team jersey is included for all registered players. Teams will be formatted after the evaluation dates listed. Players must attend at least one evaluation day. (Evaluation days are listed below.)

12U (Ages 11–12)
The 12U In-House Hockey League will focus on the refining of individual skills on the ice and strong introduction to team play.
Evaluations Days:
• Mon., September 24, 2018 6:30–7:30pm
• Sat., September 29, 2018 12:45–1:45pm
Practices: Saturdays, starting in October
Games: Sundays starting in October

Modified (Ages 13–15)
The Modified In-House Hockey League will focus on Refining team play and strategying experience. Fee: $1,200.00
Evaluations Days:
• Mon., September 24, 2018 7:45pm–8:45pm
• Sat., September 29, 2018 4:15pm–5:15pm
Practices: Saturdays starting in October and Mondays starting in November.
Games: Saturdays starting in October.


Recreational Hockey League Policies

The IceTime Sports youth hockey program offers children a chance to learn and play the great game of hockey at an affordable price and in a fun, safe, and positive atmosphere.
With an emphasis on skill development, teamwork, respect, sportsmanship, team camaraderie, and building life-long friendships, the youth hockey program offers young players a great opportunity to grow, not only as players, but as individuals as well.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
The IceTime Sports Complex follows a Zero-Tolerance policy. This will be discussed at the first coach and parent meeting of the season.

PAYMENT POLICIES:
Payment in full due upon registration, no exceptions. Returned checks will be charged a fee of $25. There will be no refunds, no exceptions.

FAMILY DISCOUNT: Second family member qualifies for 10% off the lowest priced program. The family discount is not valid on Open Freestyle.

WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS:
There will be no refunds or credits. NO EXCEPTIONS.

MAKEUPS OR CREDITS:
There will be no makeup classes offered. By registering, we expect you are prepared to commit to 8 week sessions for any classes. Schedules are tentative and subject to change due to enrollment size and special events.

Equipment Required To Play

Full equipment required including: Ice Hockey Helmet with facemask, Mouth Guard, Neck Guard, Hockey Gloves, Skates, Athletic Cup, Shin pads, Elbow pads, Shoulder pads, & Ice Hockey Stick.
